In the afternoon of 6th, September, the Chief of Ethiopian Radio and Television, accompanied with Miao Zechun, deputy general manager of Poly Group African division, visited DTVNEL, Professor Yang Zhixing, Chairman of DTVNEL warmly received guests.
 
During the meeting, Professor Yang Zhixing introduced the working mission and development direction of our laboratory. Ethiopia guests firstly expressed the gratitude to Professor Yang for his special lecture to Ethiopia, he says Ethiopia has finished the comparison test between China's DTMB Standard and European DVB-T2 standards, the test results showing that DTMB standard has advanced technology and more cost-effective than DVB-T2 standard.
 
Professor Yang hopes Ethiopian could launch a pilot system in using DTMB standard. He says DTVNEL will give the best tech support to Ethiopian engineering team.
 
Ethiopian guest has also learned about the research and development progress of the DTMB-A standard and visited our open laboratory, testing center, training center. After the meeting, both 2 parties took friendly photo together.
