On 9th,February, 2012, a five-member delegation from Cambodian Ministry of Defense visited DTVNEL. The delegation got warmly reception by Professor Yang Zhixing and Professor Pan Changyong.

First of all, Professor Yang Zhixing introduced the development status of DTMB Standard to Cambodian guests. He summarized the technical features of four international DTV transmission standards (ATSC, ISDB-T, DVB-T, DTMB). He also showed the comparison test data between DTMB standard and DVB-T standard including of signal transmission and reception porformance. He highly appraises Cambodia adopted DTMB standard as National DTV standard. Professor Yang says it will be proven that Cambodia made a right choice.
In addition, Professor Yang described the development progress of the latest DTV transmission standards DTMB-A, he highlights the advantages of DTMB-A standard in comparison with DVB-T2 standard from system performance and implementation complexity.

Cambodian guests listened carefully to the report which presented by Professor Yang, they looked at DTMB-A demonstration system in our open laboratory and showing their strongest interests in this new DTV standard. On behalf of Cambodian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant Ben Sanara invited Professor Yang and Professor Pan to visit Cambodia in short future. Finally, both 2 sides took the photo together.
